GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Staying in our Residence, you'll spend your holidays in the heart of Nature, immersed in the splendid mountains of the Valdidentro.
We offer cozy apartments for up to 6 people. Furnished in Alpine style, living room with sofa bed with fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle. TV, Wi-Fi, safe. Bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.

In our apartments you'll find  bed linen, bath towels, dishtowels and tablecloth. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and pets are not allowed.

SERVICES

Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bar, lawn-garden, playground, sun terrace. A large lawn-garden with deck chairs, playground, sun terrace, barbecue and equipped gazebo is at your disposal. Private outdoor parking place.

Washing machine for common use, bike storage and ski storage with personal and heated lockers for ski boots. Bus stop right in front of our Residence.

Our Residence is located in a flat, quiet position, surrounded by meadows and flowers  at the foot of a coniferous forest. It's at only 100 meters from the pedestrian and cycle path 

In summer you can choose among excursions, mountain biking, photographic trekking, road cycling along the roads: Stelvio, Gavia and Mortirolo. Directly on the "Viola" cross-country ski track and at only 350 mt. from the "Cima Piazzi Happy Mountain" ski area and the new Family Bob -on rail- attraction. Snow paradise with alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountaineering and hiking, dog sledding, electric fat bikes in the snow, ice skating and typical dinners with ascent with a snowcat
